Okay, I kind of love Rose Byrne's entire look here. She made an appearance at the "Damages" New York premiere in this Valentino dress and I love it. I feel like I would and should hate it, but I actually don't. Granted, it's not very summery, but she's pulling it off and owning this entire look. Or something less embarrassing. I really like her lipstick too. I'm loving dark lipstick as of late which is funny because it's Summer, so I should be loving like fuchsia or a gloss. But because I'm a fashion student, I only get three whole weeks of Summer vacation, which pisses me off, so I'll blame it on that. Right?
Whitney Port
What the what? I'm concerned about Whitney Port for a number of reasons. 1. These pants. 2. These pants. 3. These pants. You guys, what are these pants?! I think she's confused and thought it was Halloween and not the middle/late week of June. Oh Whitney, what are we to do with you? This is seriously not okay. Who is going to take fashion advice, nay buy clothes nonetheless, from her if she's wearing clothes like this?... Mm no ma'am, Miss Port.
Seventeen August 2011
Emma Watson graces the cover of Seventeen's August issue and as much as this pains me to say it, I kind of hate it. Her clothes are blah, her hair looks weird and I'm so not in love with Seventeen and the super commercial-esque photos. It's not settling to me. In order to make everything better, let's look at her Vogue magazine shoot again... Mm. I don't think I will ever like Seventeen photo shoots. Okay, I liked Lucy Hale's shoot, but it was more fitting. Emma Watson is more high fashion. Reason #2390412 as to why magazines need me as an employee.
Her cover shot isn't THAT bad. What IS bad though, is the fact that the words "Cute" and "Butt" are gigantic. Do people not look at their magazine covers before they go to print or whatever?!
This is a really ugly dress. Like, real ugly.

I'm kind of in love with Miu Miu's Fall 2011 ad campaign featuring the always adorable, Hailee Steinfeld. I love it. I love the dress, I love the pose, I love the accessories, etc. Need I go on? She's seriously so adorable. If I had the chance to be 14 again, which I pray never happens, I'd do it like this.

Eva Mendes
I am kind of in love with Eva Mendes' light mint green Thierry Mugler gown. It's SO beautiful and evidently custom which is just kind of magnificent. I love the fact that it is not only strapless, because that's my favorite type of dress, but the fact that it is pointy or something. Ugh, this is perfect.
Selena Gomez
Selena Gomez made an appearance on Jimmy Fallon tonight (Thursday, actually) looking extra adorable. Honestly, I want to know how she does it. She gets cuter and cuter everytime I see her. Mother and I are constantly like "She is SO cute." And I say constantly because she's everywhere we look now. I'm loving her white dress, like a lot. And I'm kind of picky when it comes to white dresses, but this one is kind of perfect. Well, that and I looked at bridal magazines for about two hours today, so I'm kind of in love with all things white at the moment.

Sidenote: This girl has too many names and I keep getting them confused. But that is not the point of this post. I would like to gush about what Rosie Huntington-Whiteley wore to the 2011 Moscow International Film Festival today. Oh. My. Gosh. Oh my gosh. I'm in love! This Gucci gown is gorgeous on it's own, but oh heavens, she looks stunning in it. It's beautiful! I want it. It's gowns like this one that inspire me to do a Best Dressed list of the week and/or month. It's also gowns like this one that make me fall in love all over again. Sappy? Yes, probably. True? Always.

Paper Magazine Summer 2011
Mm. My number one celebrity boyfriend, (Okay well, one of them) Joe Jonas, is just one of the three cover stars for Paper Magazine's Summer issue and I kind of love it. I mean, the fact that he is barefoot in some of the pictures creeps me out for no reason in particular, but other than that. Oui. S'il vous plaît et merci. I love him, you guys. I do. And especially all spruced up in this suit and such. I want to go to there.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Josh Duhamel (YUM! Just kidding, but I actually love him. A lot.) made an appearance today in Rio, Brazil to promote "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" and I have a few comments: 1. WHERE IS SHIA? 2. Seriously though, where is Shia LaBeouf? 3. I never really understood Rosie Huntington-Whiteley's appeal, but she looks gorgeous in this Michael Kors dress. She's working it like it was made for her. And while I'm not so excited that she has taken Megan Fox's place, I'm still going to see this movie. 4. Josh Duhamel looks so mm, dapper. 5. That's all.

MuchMusic Video Awards 2011
Sweet, darling little Selena Gomez hosted the MuchMusic Video Awards tonight in Toronto and from what I am reading on the Internet, she did a pretty great job AND unlike Miley Cyrus last year, she managed to come out without looking slutty. A round of applause for you, Miss Gomez, as always. I'm really praying she remains precious forever, is that too much to ask? I want her to be precious but I also really like her whole "I'm growing up" thing. I like her new music (Sue me!) and I love her new wardrobe. Oh, other people were at the awards show too, but they were blah.
I'll admit that I kind of don't like her hair, but I adore her Burberry dress. It's so cute! I adore it even more from the back. Seriously, she's always SO incredibly cute.
Nina Dobrev showed up in this hideous Georges Chakra Couture dress. Like, I kind of hate it. It's like a prom dress gone wrong. Am I right?! Well, of course. Just kidding :) I don't know, I just really hate it.
Nikki Reed looked adorable posing with her new fiance. I even like her black pumps. What a day!
WHAT THE WHAT? I'm not sure Avril Lavigne is aware of this or not, but she is, in fact, 26 years old. And I'm not sure she knows what that means... That means, DRESS LIKE AN ADULT. In just a mere four years she will be 30. That is way too almost old to be wearing heinous outfits like this. I mean, it's just so ridiculously ugly, I'm not even sure where to start, so I won't. I just end with this... Put some real clothes on and stop dressing like a 16 year old. Eh?

Joe Jonas, also known as my pretend boyfriend/ultimate celebrity crush (With the exception of "Titanic" Leo, obviously), is currently touring Europe on his solo tour (How brave and noble of him, no?) and decided to make a stop at the Calvin Klein Collection Menswear S/S 2012 show for Milan Fashion Week and boy, did he look dapper, my friends. And boy, was that a run-on sentence, my friends. Mm I love him so. I mean, just look at him. Really, look.

Lady Gaga
You guys... I'm starting to think celebrities read my blog. Or at least their stylists do or something because I've been heard! My words have been read, shared and obeyed! Lady Gaga's hair is gone! Temporarily, unfortunately, but it's what I wanted! The other day I talked about Lady Gaga's weird Fun Dip hair and then tonight she performed on the "Paul O'Grady Show," (Get this) BALD. She was BALD. Unfortunately I think she was trying to be all "symbolic" or "ironic" or something because evidently she was singing a song called "Hair" (Who names a song "Hair?" Nay, who sings a song solely based on hair? That's like singing a song about a cup, which the "Glee" cast did, by the way. It was funny then because they were joking, but I don't think this is a joke. I mean, I am laughing but that's because it's making me uncomfortable that her piano is covered in hair and her head is, well, not.) and in the middle of it put a shorter version of her Fun Dipped wig back on. I mean, what the what? I don't understand. I really, truly don't get it. All I know is that I hate it. A lot.

Mariah Carey's Lollipop Splash: The Remix
EW. I'm not sure what's worse: The heinous name of Mariah Carey's fragrance? The absolute creepiness of the ad? Or the ugliness of the bottles? It's funny because I'm sure they're like $60 each, although they look like they could come in a set for $20. Okay, fine they're sold for $35 each, but I'm still not going to buy them. And I know for a fact that they don't smell very good considering Never Forget You evidently smells like jelly beans and golden peony, Vision of Love smells like French macaroons (NO! MY FAVORITE FOOD) and purple jasmine and Inseparable which smells like raspberry, mango, jasmine and orange flowers. That gives me a headache just thinking about. Ugh. Awful. Who came up with these concoctions?! These are (unfortunately) available next month.

Tao Okamoto graces the cover of Harper's Bazaar Singapore's July issue and oh, look at that! She's wearing the beautiful Bottega Veneta dress Emma Stone wore to the MTV Movie Awards a few days ago. Oh, fashion repeats. How I HATE you. But oh, beautiful dresses. How I LOVE you. As long as I don't see this dress on someone new again, I'm good. Oh, but more on the actual magazine cover, I like it. A lot. I like the colors, the dress (Obvs) and the background. Lovely.

Blake Lively
I can't decide whether or not I like the Chanel Couture gown Blake Lively wore last night to the "Green Lantern." When I first saw it I was like "Oooh pretty!" and then I was like "Well, wait a minute, no." and then I went back to "Oooh pretty! But it looks like cauliflower..." I'm really not understanding anything right now. I like her weird messy hair though, but this dress, I'm not sure. I'm going to vote yes?... I think. I can't make up my mind today!
